1164 Lloyd Road Building Sells

CLEVELAND – Foti Construction Building LLC purchased the 27,852-square-foot industrial facility at 1164 Lloyd Road in Wickliffe, OH, from C&T Realty for $880,000, or approximately $31.50 per square foot.
The property is a four-building complex, which consists of 1,603 square feet of office and 26,249 square feet of warehouse space. The buildings were built in 1977 and are on a 2.79 acre-lot. This was an owner-user sale and Foti Construction has already moved into this facility.
Dave Stover of Chartwell Group represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.
