Chartwell Leasing Team Assists Client in Finding Sublessee for 89,500 SF Space

We are pleased to announce that John Chluda and John Wagner of Chartwell Group, LLC successfully assisted their client, Airfoil Technologies International-Ohio, Inc. (as Sublessor), in securing a Sublessee to lease out 89,500 sq. ft. of space at the building located at 7600 Tyler Blvd. in Mentor.
New Hope Vocational Services, Inc. subleased the warehouse space from Airfoil Technologies for a period of six years. NHVS is a non-profit agency that helps people with disabilities find employment. The Sublessee was represented in-house.
The 89,500-square-foot industrial warehouse was built in 1970 in the Mentor/North Willoughby Industrial submarket. The property features a clear height of 18' and has 4 drive-in bays.
