Kentucky Firm Moving HQ to Streetsboro

Certified Flooring Installations Inc. of Kentucky signed a 13,000 SF lease at 10325 State Route 43 in Streetsboro, OH.
The 95,000-square-foot Class A industrial warehouse located in Twinsburg/Aurora was built in 2000 on a 7.5-acre lot.
John A. Chluda of Chartwell Group LLC represented the buyer, Certified Flooring Installations. Peter Miller and David Ford of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, The Lincoln National Life Insurance Co.
