Lakewood – Chartwell Group would like to announce the sale of a 6,520 SF investment property located in Lakewood’s “Bird Town” neighborhood for $489,000.
The property consists of 2-apartment buildings used to house seniors.
Mark Abood and Michael Berland of Chartwell Group represented the seller, Gabe Jurasek. The buyer, TLP Management LLC was represented by Gary Pescatrice of Realty Professionals Inc.
