We are pleased to announce that David R. Stover, SIOR, represented the Tenant, Donby Packaging Supply Company, in securing a Lease for 16,300 SF of flex space at 1215 Valley Belt Road in Brooklyn Heights. Donby is a 49-year old, full service packaging and paper supply distributor.
