Mentor – Chartwell Group would like to announce the sale of a 22,100 SF flex space building for $1,050,000 to Food For Thought Caterers. Food For Thought Caterers is one of Northeast Ohio’s largest full service catering companies and plans to expand their business in this larger facility.
David G. Lang of Chartwell Group represented the Buyer, Food For Thought. The Landlord, Black Bear, LLC was represented by Mike Gatto of the Gatto Group.
