Newbury, Ohio – Chartwell Group would like to announce the completion of a Lease transaction of 33,000 SF located at 10975 Kinsman Road, Newbury, OH 44065 to Engineered Endeavors Inc.
Engineered Endeavors Inc. is a designer and manufacturer of antenna support structures for the wireless communications industry.
David R. Stover, SIOR and David G. Lang of Chartwell Group LLC represented the Landlord, Kinetico Inc. The tenant was self-represented.
